Alyte Solutions Group Inc was incorporated in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada in 1995. A need was seen for a small consulting company that could offer its employees a fun relaxed working environment while being able to offer clients innovative solutions and maximum value. While still maintaining a presence in Waterloo, the corporate head office was moved to Dorchester, Ontario, Canada in 2002 to enable a greater focus on  opportunities throughout Southwestern Ontario.
